Dr. Michael Centilli

Dr. Michael Centilli is a board-certified dermatologist and Mohs surgeon. He attended medical school at Michigan State University, where he was recognized as one of four finalists for the outstanding graduating senior award. After medical school, he completed residency training at Botsford Hospital in Farmington Hills, Michigan, where he served as chief resident.

Dr. Centilli treats all conditions associated with the skin, hair, and nails, with a specific interest in the diagnosis and treatment of skin cancer. He has devoted many years to building expertise in Mohs surgery and skin cancer treatment, performing an average of 1,500 Mohs surgery cases each year.

Dr. Centilli also provides cutting-edge care for general and cosmetic dermatology and is proficient in the injection of Botox and fillers used to soften the effects of aging.

In his free time, he enjoys traveling, playing golf, going to the beach (with sunscreen of course), exercising, and playing sports with his three beautiful children.

Lindsay M. Johnson, PA

Lindsay M. Johnson is a Certified Physician Assistant at Coastal Dermatology Institute. She is a native of Felton, Delaware, and graduated from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a concentration in cellular, molecular, and genetics.

She went on to pursue her master’s in physician assistant studies at South University in Savannah, Georgia.

Lindsay M. Johnson is specially trained in medical, cosmetic, and surgical dermatology. She provides her patients with the highest quality dermatological care.

Matthew Janowicz , PA

Matthew Janowicz, a native of Scranton, Pennsylvania graduated from Marywood University Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. He then went on to graduate from Misericordia University, Dallas, PA with a Master of Physician Assistant Studies.

After graduating in 2015, he followed his passion for dermatology joining a practice in central Massachusetts. He relocated to South Carolina in 2018 where he has been practicing in the field of dermatology since.

His clinical interests include the treatment and management of eczema, psoriasis, acne, and skin cancer. He is grateful to be back serving patients in the Myrtle Beach area.

Jenna Rojek, PA

Jenna Rojek, PA-C, is a dedicated Physician Assistant who joined our practice in April 2024. Originally from Lexington, SC, she earned her Bachelor’s degree from Clemson University, her Master’s degree from Charleston Southern University, and her Master’s of Physician Assistant Studies from Lincoln Memorial University in Knoxville, TN.

Jenna’s passion for dermatology began during her time as a surgical Medical Assistant in Charleston, SC, where she gained over four years of experience before pursuing her PA studies. She now specializes in surgical dermatology, with an emphasis on skin cancer treatment, assisting with Mohs surgeries, and performing various dermatologic procedures. Jenna is committed to achieving precise and aesthetically optimal outcomes for all surgical patients.

In her free time, Jenna enjoys spending time with her fiancé, Dan, and their dog, Grover. She also stays active in their home garage gym, loves reading a good book, and enjoys cooking and baking.

Thrilled to be a part of the Coastal Dermatology team, Jenna is dedicated to educating patients about skin health, prevention, early detection, and the importance of sun safety.
